    Great question. Off the top of my head, from a client perspective…
    * Need help with complex problems and opportunities
    * Problem/opportunity centre of gravity (some clients are very decentralised and silo’ed which makes collaboration hard for them and their advisors)
    * Openness to co-create
    * Have a relational rather than a transactional mindset
    * Unallocated funds
    * Board / C-suite stake and engagement.
