  1. What an unusual and exciting approach! Visualizing the qualities of the words they use is a powerful use of psychology. It’s given me some great ideas too !!

    When I meet business owners, it’s hard to get them to even recognize they need clients – but this is a common central European failing. They merely rely on excellent quality goods, and beyond that, their response seems to be “hope for the best! Byeeeeeeeeeeee”.
